• Espérance BOFENDA :”I say thank you for the grace that your Foundation has given me. I am living a real dream … Thanks to this scholarship, I can still come back to classes. Long live the OKALA Foundation for Education.”
  • We, the Robert UNENU Family, Tutor of Joel SOME, student in G2 at the Faculty of Economics, SHALOOM University of Bunia (USB), testify with an open heart, the benevolence of the OKALA Foundation which has for some time been granting the scholarship to best pupils/students in Africa. My dream came true as our son Joel SOME has benefited from this scholarship in the 2020-2021 academic year. The young Joel, who obtained his State Diploma with 83% at IDAP / ISP BUNIA in the year 2019-2020, had subscribed and applied for the OKALA Foundation (like an adventure with trial and error). Withheld, the Foundation paid all academic and other administrative costs in a single installment in favor of Joel SOME. This allowed Joel SOME to study in complete serenity to succeed brilliantly in the first session with a very good mark of 63% (for a young ball, neophyte as we call it at the university). This gesture of generosity from the OKALA Foundation was a great contribution to the family and a sigh of relief during this difficult period in our society. Thus, through these lines, we send our deep gratitude to the initiator of the OKALA Foundation and to his entire team for their support to the Congolese youth, “future cadre of tomorrow”. This is a value that we owe bequeathed to our posterity. May Almighty God alone give back a hundredfold to the OKALA Foundation and the whole Team.
